These charges accord with the Council’s Charging Policy and have been set at a level that recovers the (average) cost of providing this information.

This relates to documents that are readily available in the Customer Services Centre and planning application files by prior arrangement. Copies from microfiche are excluded.

Prior to Development Control Committee, copies of Committee reports are sent to agents/applicants and are available on request to others free of charge.

This relates to paper plans attached to planning application files and excludes those on microfiche. Plans relating to applications for Building Regulations are protected by copyright and cannot be copied.
