We have now produced our latest annual monitoring report, or AMR, which reports on progress in a number of areas during 2007/2008:
- Adherence to the local development framework (LDF) work programme (as set out in the local development scheme);
- The effectiveness of existing planning policies (as set out in the Aylesbury Vale District Local Plan);
- Performance against a number of 'core output indicators', defined by government, with particular reference to housing delivery; and
- Performance against a number of sustainability appraisal indicators and local indicators.
The AMR also provides some useful background information about the district.
AMRs are required under the planning system, and form part of the LDF. They are produced by December each year, and cover the monitoring year 1 April to 31 March.
