Land off the Aston Clinton Road, Aylesbury was allocated as a major development area for employment use in the Aylesbury Vale District Local Plan, which was adopted in January 2004. Policy AY15 of the adopted plan requires that any development should be against the background of a comprehensive plan for the whole site.

In conjunction with the prospective developers, we prepared a draft development brief for the Aston Clinton Road site. This can be viewed below.

The formal public consultation period into the brief has now ended.

A report summarising the comments received and the council's response to them will be available in the near future.
