Aylesbury Vale Arts Council (AVAC) is a registered charity committed to the support and development of the arts in Aylesbury Vale, receiving funding from AVDC. It fulfils three main objectives:

• To offer financial support to organisations and individuals committed to the development of arts projects for the benefit of local people.
• To provide information about opportunities to get involved in the arts.
• To provide a forum for the discussion of arts related issues and a voice for the arts in the Aylesbury Vale area.

Membership

Affiliation to AVAC is free and open to all artists and arts organisations who live and practice in Aylesbury Vale.

Youth Bursaries

The Youth Bursary Scheme has been set up by AVAC to offer funding assistance towards the development of the arts amongst young people in Aylesbury Vale.

Funding

Any group or individual based in Aylesbury Vale can apply for funding as long as their project is to take place in the District.

How do I apply?

Follow the links below to download application forms for affiliation and funding. Simply complete the form and submit it to the Arts Council by one of the three annual deadlines:- 1 January, 1 May and 1 October. Your application will be assessed by an advisory panel and the Executive Committee will then decide what help, if any, should be given.
