Housing Advice
What We Do
We provide advice and assistance for all housing-related enquiries, including the prevention of homelessness, joining the Housing Register, and exploring local housing options. We can also give you advice on budgeting and welfare benefits.
General information on housing
Housing Options Officers provide advice about the Housing Register, and general information on housing options. They also co-ordinate nominations to local housing associations and act as a first point of contact for most homelessness enquiries. There is a drop in surgery between 8.45 am and 12 noon every week day except Thursday when our office opens to the public at 9.45am.
If you are unable to come to the office, call the general enquiries numbers on 01296 585168 or 585197.
